            Wayne has become a diversified Realtor to better serve his clients.  He has added the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Texas Affordable Housing Specialist to his credentials. He is certified as a Texas Affordable Houseing Specialist, which has prepared him to help first-time home buyers in Texas.  He also has knowledge of the "short sale" process to help sellers keep their homes and avoid foreclosure. He  can assist clients in buyer commercial and multi-family properties, such as apartment complexes, duplexes and mobilehome parks.

     He retired from the Texas Workforce Commission, where he was a veterans employment representative.   He is a graduate of Texas State University and also completed two years of business educatio at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas.

    In Temple, Wayne has been active as a Boy Scout leader more than twenty years and is a former Chisholm Trail District chairman.  He is a member of the Temple Chamber of Commerce, the Temple-Belton Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  He completed his real estate education at the Austin Institute of Real Estate.  He also is a member the Central Texas Sportsman Club.  He was a  Ralph Wilson Youth Club soccer coach for nine years.
